No, I only offer virtual coaching to individuals. In-person coaching is reserved for corporate workshops, conferences, and training events.  

For this coaching program we will meet in both formats, phone and video. This is because I want to work with you on your interview and networking presence. Also, as a future manager, I want you to be comfortable with both.  

Life happens, I get it! If you have to miss a week due to a holiday or unexpected event, we will adjust as needed. That being said, I value and respect your time and in turn, I hope you do the same. As long as it doesn’t become a constant happen, we can pivot when needed.  

My signature coaching programs range from $3.5K to $7K depending on the services you select. The final price will be displayed when you register and select services.  

I offer no guarantees because there are many factors that impact the hiring process (i.e. the economy, special circumstances, and personal effort). My clients who have successfully completed my program have found that they receive more opportunities, offers, and recognition for management roles.
