Convenient, empowering, and personalized one-on-one career coaching
This coaching program was built for you. Each session will take place virtually (by phone or video) for one hour for a consecutive 7 weeks. We’ll work together to find the time and day of the week that works best for you. Although there is a structured outline to this program, I also believe in the power of pivoting and customizing experiences when needed. If I find that you need additional support in a specific area, I will customize my approach while still meeting the desired outcomes of the program.

No, I only offer virtual coaching to individuals. In-person coaching is reserved for corporate workshops, conferences, and training events.
It’s up to you! We can meet by phone, zoom, or MSTeams. Let me know your preference and I’ll accommodate.
Life happens, I get it! If you have to miss a week due to a holiday or unexpected event, we will adjust as needed. That being said, I value and respect your time and in turn, I hope you do the same. As long as it doesn’t become a constant happen, we can pivot when needed.
My signature coaching programs range from $3.5K to $7K depending on the services you select. The final price will be displayed when you register and select services.
I offer no guarantees because there are many factors that impact the job search (i.e. the economy, special circumstances, and personal effort). My clients who have successfully completed my program reached their employment goals within 90 days.
